Therapy should be centered around you.
Each person is unique and no one-size-fits-all treatment exists.
You are the expert in your life. We will take the time to understand you, your unique experiences, and your world so we may offer treatment that is right for you. We strive to create a space that is free of judgment so we may open the door for solutions. It’s important that you feel heard and gain a sense of direction to help you move forward. In therapy, it is our hope that you find a better understanding of yourself and others and gain practical tools to improve your daily life.
